Chris founded Rafter P Ranch: Hemp Consulting in 2018 as a test for new Hemp crops and is constantly discovering new solutions to issues that arise during the work process and is a dependable supervisor both to his clients and to the production crews that he oversees. He is involved in every step of the process.
He is known for his exceptional attention to organization and a hands-on approach to management. With 20 years of experience working as an Instructional Designer and Curriculum Developer for Post-secondary education, he has a great knowledge bank library to access to help projects succeed. He is constantly discovering new solutions to issues that arise during the work process and is a dependable supervisor both to his clients and to the production crews that he oversees. Chris acts as a liaison between the production and design teams and the client throughout the entire process of every RPR project.
